About the venue

Conference Centre Faculty of Medicine JUMC - this modern building situated in the heart of Cracow was fund by Jagiellonian University Medical College and School of Medicine in English.

The Centre serves as a conference and event venue as well. Facilities include four 182 seat halls (amphitheatric type), seminar rooms (up to 80 seats) and computer room with an integrated audio-visual system. The building is easily accessible for disabled persons, air- conditioned and equipped in devices allowing access to the WiFi network.

How to get

The conference venue is located near the City Center, hence it is easy to get there.

How to get to the City Center from the Balice Airport?

There is a free shuttle bus at the Krakow-Balice Airport, which will transport you between terminals T1, T2 and railway stop. You can get to the city center of Cracow by:

  • train - tickets are sold on a train, terminal T1 or at a ticket machine. The adult single fare is 12 PLN (€ 3). The journey time is approximately 20 minutes. Timetable information is on the Kraków Airport website.
  • bus - there are two bus lines: 208, 292. Tickets can be purchased from the driver, press shop RELAY in terminal T1 or ticket machine. Details are available on the Kraków Airport website or Jak Dojadę website.
